A two-day tour of The Cotswolds?

I can offer a two-day tour which would combine The North and South Cotswolds areas and some other locations such as the following:

We could visit and discover Burford, the ‘Gateway to the Cotswolds’ on the border of Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. The town dates to the medieval era and retains a wonderful High Street sweeping down to the river Windrush. From Burford we could travel to Bibury, via the unspoilt Saxon village of Aldsworth.

Once at Bibury you will have time to explore this wonderful Cotswold village on the river Coln which William Morris called ‘the most beautiful village in England’. Here you can see 17th century honey coloured stone cottages and the world-famous Arlington Row built in 1380. We could then move on to Northleach to visit the Cathedral of the Cotswolds before visiting Winchcombe the former capital of the Saxon kingdom of Mercia. On the way we would stop at some ‘out of the way’ villages off the tourist map but little treasures of this area I have discovered and can share with you!
